I want to say thanks for the excellent hospitality and beautiful SPA center with the swimming pool. When you are in Wyndham, it feels like you are somewhere else, but not in Bukhara.

Really enjoyed our stay and the excellent facilities at the hotel. Unfortunately the construction site on the way to Lyabi Hauz made the walk a bit unpleasant (dusty) so we used taxis most of the time.

She anticipated my needs, offered excellent recommendations, and always greeted me with a genuine smile that made me feel at home. Yulduz showed the same level of dedication and care. Good stay overall

The service was good, all employers were very helpful and Sevinch made our check out and billing very understandable. For us the pool area was very nice and a good service but some guests started drinking and smoking in the morning, which was not too pleasant. Maybe a separat smoking area would help. The breakfast was good but not amazing, the rooms are quite nice but also nothing special.

We ordered plate of melon at 7 pm promise to deliver in 15 min after 2 15 hours nothing was delivered at that point we call front desk and cancel. Next morning I want to discuss the issue with manager he elected not to talk to me I do not think hotel deserves 4 star max tree star and this is stratching

Generally nice but service standards did not match Marriot. On arrival greeted nicely by the chap. We felt staff were not always friendly. The room seemed small and on arrival AC was stuck on 29 degrees and would not budge below 26 degrees even when set. A double room but sadly the quilt was the wrong size, which seemed strange for a hotel in this class. Breakfast was ok but the table lacked spoons and napkins and we always had to ask. On our last night we arrived back and our room had not been cleaned and were were told that we had left DND according to the housekeeping team and we had to show them photos that we had in fact turned on clean the room sign but they had failed to clean our room. At 10pm we had to wait in the lobby for the room to be cleaned, totally unacceptable and even then the shower gel was not refilled and cleaning product left. Yet no one apologised. Same evening the internet went down on our floor when we asked if there was an issue they seem to assume we didn’t know how to log on though had been there for two days. Bizarrely how could we log on if we could not see the network which was intermittently invisible. They tried to help at midnight by knocking on our door to no avail. I asked to look into it and report it for the morning but it seems this did not happen. The next morning for breakfast we mentioned it again and the lady at the desk informed us that other guests had raised the issue too and she would speak with the IT manager. Disappointed.

Très petite chambre et salle de bain minuscule. Bruit du ventilateur d'air conditionné extérieur très important. Pas de pression d'eau dans la douche...Musique assourdissante à la piscine qui y rend le séjour impossible. Très éloigné du centre. Buffet du PdJ très moyen et pas au goût européen. Attention, le vendeur de la boutique souvenir facture 3 fois le prix courant....

Superbe séjour au sein de l’établissement, Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie de qualité. Le bar est très beau et la piscine magnifique. Le Sauna / Hammam et la salle de sport sont un vrai plus. De plus nous avons été parfaitement reçu par le staff et Yulduz Dislhod. Merci
