"Me and my family of mine cannot express in words how we are so grateful for the experience from Paolyn houseboats from the houseboat itself, which is super amazing and then the location, with the lagoon, the experience around the lagoon, the tour and the food and every single staff-- we cannot describe in words, but we are truly grateful and super highly recommended for this amazing amazing experience for our family. "Staff was superb. As soon as we arrived the staff greeted us with smiles. Friendly and accommodating. The room was excellent and there was hot water for the shower!!!!! Definitely a plus!! Breakfast can use a lot more options but it was sufficient enough to start the day. Definitely recommended."

"Incredible stay at BacuaBay, we stayed in the presidential suite with a family of 5 (2 adults 3 teenagers) and it was immaculate, very roomy, to spread out and very comfortable. Clean great bathrooms and pool is awesome and huge! The gardens are beautiful with jetty and a bar on the jetty, we loved our stay here. Staff could not be more helpful and friendl."
