"Everything about this hotel was fabulous. The whole staff from the front desk, to the bell hops, to the restaurant staff, to the pool staff and bartenders were all very friendly. I apologize that I didn’t remember their names (because there were so many) but this is the first hotel that I have stayed in where the COMPLETE staff were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and just more than willing to make our stay as comfortable and as easy as it could be during our whole stay. We will always stay here when we visit. Of course the hotel also was just fabulous, clean, modern and the amenities were great to use. Almost forgot about the spa staff. The front desk and the masseuse’s we had were just as friendly, helpful and more than accommodating. This made our trip very comfortable and fun. Every staff person became family to us."

"Our stay at the Paolyn Houseboat was absolutely incredible. From start to finish, the hosts and staff were very responsive and accommodating, making sure every detail of our stay was looked after. One of the best features is how easy it is to explore the area. Because they have multiple speedboats available, it was incredibly convenient to move around, go on excursions, and see the sights whenever we wanted without any hassle or waiting. It is truly a beautiful way to disconnect and experience nature at its finest. Waking up surrounded by pristine waters and stunning views was magical. If you are looking for a unique, peaceful getaway with top-notch service, I highly recommend staying here!"

"had to change rooms after the ac went out when i informed them in the morning they said somone would come look by nonn i went back to check they informed me i needed to change rooms, the new room ac was great but one of the doors to the balcony would not close all the way they fixed it the next morning. Also on the last day for the free breakfast they had no eggs or ham. It was a nice place the only drawback is the walk up the hill to get to it very steep i did it once then used a tuk tuk after that"
