“Positiv

“The property itself is great. The villas are comfortable and the pools are fun. Breakfast was yummy and plentiful, the staff was helpful.
However the dinner buffet was not good. There are many options for main courses however most of the meats were dry and barely edible.”

“Having some experience before I read the comments about lack of cleanliness and thought, it can't be that bad. It could. So dirty and worst was bathroom. After complaining a cleaner came with only one cloth and wiped a bit here and there. No cleaning liquid. Hopefully she didn't start with the toilet. They didn't know what clean meant so I bought liquid myself and cleaned up.
At the information desk they couldn't answer the simplest questions like "when does the pool close?" - I don't know maybe...

“We went during the end of the season (mid September) and everything was clearly shutting down - the snack bar closed 3 days early too. Pool wasn’t cleaned every night, was rarely used but when I went in, there was sand at the bottom and leaves floating. The buffet was the same every day, with poor choice for vegetarians (some foods were incorrectly labelled and I had to double check), and mid food at best. In the last days, they were running out of things so no longer had a choice of breads,...
