"All of the staff we encountered were great. Standouts included Cleaven and Joseph in the breakfast area and Jerome at the front desk. We also thank the morning and evening valet attendants. They were always prompt and friendly."

"The movement at the front desk was extremely slow at time. I never got my complimentary bottles of water when i checked in but the gentleman at the front desk made me whole. 2 of my towels were dirty in my room. Also why would you give me a hearing impaired room? I did not request it and i heard nothing but noise and construction where my room was…the walls were not that insulated from sound. Did not sleep well the second night, the lots of noise in morning. Also the internet eas extremely spotty. Lastly the sink is way too shallow. If you turn on water, it splashes everywhere. The bef was confortable."

"Great hotel. Nice breakfast in the morning. I took away one star because we arrived at 1:30 and they would not let us check into our room until 4pm. They said our room was available and we could check in now for $50! They would waive the fee for gold honors members. Unfortunately I’m just a regular honors member. In past experience most hotels let you check in early if your room is ready and without a fee. Disappointing that they wanted to squeeze an extra $50 out of me!"

"Very conventional, parking was 43 per night which is expensive so be aware . They dont out that on your hotel ."

"Great location to the city. Our room was clean and pleasant on check-in. The every other day cleaning was adequate except for the bathroom floor not being cleaned. Our issue with the property was security. We returned to our room after an 8 hour day out and found our room had been left open by housekeeping. The door lock had been turned for easy access by house keeping but was not secured when finished. Have never had an issue such as this before."
