Das Frühstück war hervorragend, Top Service, uns wurde immer sofort ein Platz zugewiesen. Abendessen, war schade das nur ein komplettes Menü zur Verfügung stand und die „kleine Karte“ für den Abend war „sehr klein“. Alles in allen war das Haus und der Service sehr, sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Auf dem Land im Spreewald

Wir hatten eine Junior-Suite. Das Zimmer war schön groß, auch das Badezimmer mit einer super großen Dusche. Der Blick auf das Nachbargebäude war leider nicht so schön. Die Klimaanlage hat leider nicht funktioniert, was jetzt nicht so schlimm war, weil es nachts sehr frisch war, aber im Sommer ist das ganz schlimm, weil die Sonne den ganzen Nachmittag ins Zimmer scheint. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis hat nicht ganz gepasst: eigentlich gehört eine kostenlose Wasserflasche dazu, ebenso eine Kaffeemaschine und eine Body Milk im Bad. Wellnessbereich und Pools sind Top, aber etwas mühsam zu erreichen. Alles in allem aber sehr schön!

Nach Startschwierigkeiten ein angenehmes Hotel

Wir waren im Großen und Ganzen zufrieden. Am ersten Abend jedoch waren wir im Restaurant zum Abendessen. Das Essen war nicht mehr heiß und keiner schien sich darum zu kümmern. Auch die Bedienung ließ zu wünschen übrig. Es gab Abendbuffet und unser Geschirr stapelte sich auf unserem Tisch. Zu Beginn gab es nur eine Karte pro Tisch, so dass ich keine Chance hatte sie durchzuschauen. Da passte Preis-Leistung überhaupt nicht. Ansonsten wurden wir zum Früstück sehr nett und zuvorkommend bewirtet, die "Rezeption" war immer höflich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und der Wellnessbereich war genial. Also Daumen hoch trotz misslungenem ersten Abend.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen des Spreewalds mit Fahrrad oder Kanu. Sehr gute Restaurants am Hotel, Personal immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das WLAN war aber, aufgrund der hohen Gästezahl, gelegentlich überlastet.
