"We had a wonderful time at the Hey Hotel! The property is well maintained with modern amenities. It is close to Interlaken West and has good bus connections. The breakfast is good although it can get very busy at times as the hotel is quite popular."

"Tout a été excellent. Nourriture, emplacement , autobus. Petite note: nous sommes non fumeurs. Notre chambre était située directement au dessus de la terrasse du resto. Évidemment nous voulions avec vue sur le lac. Nous dormons toujours la fenêtre porte ouverte. En soirée vers les 22-23 heures la fumée des fumeurs de la terrasses est très très désagréable . Nous avons fermé notre porte. Une chance qu’il ne faisait pas chaud."

"We mostly like everything about the stay, apartment size, amenties, location and proximity to Interlaken OST station. We were disappointed by the attitude of the restaurant staff at the hotel, especially one male staff member who seemed particularly rude. Either the staff need etiquette training or English language training. “I don’t care” is how this male staff member reacted to a situation. I have never heard any hotel staff member , anywhere in the world."

"Check to make aure that the room you’re booking has air conditioning or not, especially in the summers. Not all rooms have air conditioning and it’s an extra charge to get an air conditioned room. There is no staff in the hotel at night. And the hotel doors are locked at 10pm. So if you need something, yoobasically on your own. Otherwise for a short stay this was the only hotel close to where i wanted to be and the stay was ok"

"I would stay at the Gasthof Schoenegg B&B again in a heartbeat. For a true Swiss Chalet like experience this is it. The view from our corner room was something out of a dream. We slept with the windows open so we woke up to mountain views on each side every morning. The attention to detail for the breakfast is incredible. Also being a bit of a germaphobe is not easy but I couldn’t complain about anything here. Be careful if you have big luggage as it’s a bit of stairs to go up and down. There is on site laundry for a fee which is helpful. The location is a short bus ride from Interlaken OST station. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We really loved our stay here. Btw this is my husband’s account but he gets me to do the reviews :D"
