"Amazing hotel, nothing bad to say at all! All staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room was ready early so we were able to check in as soon as we arrived! The room was perfect; very clean and modern, comfortable bed, good amenities and facilities. The view from our balcony was amazing. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and a good way to start the day. Free coffee machine in the main lobby was a nice touch. Location was perfect, just outside Interlaken West station and shops and restaurants all very close. Thank you for a perfect stay! "

"This was a great location just a 2-3 minute walk from a major transit station. I would stay here again and I would recommend this. Considering what food costs in Switzerland, free breakfast was important.
There is a warning on the back of the bathroom door that if you steam up the room and set off the fire alarm, it's a 150CHF fine, and I was worried about it before I showered. I later learned that it is not a problem at all at standard shower temperatures. No need to stress.
I stayed in a one twin bed room. It was small but not cramped and had everything I needed."
