“The staff was excellent”

“It was safe because it’s downtown, and the location right in front of Gateway made it convenient for sightseeing. The chicken sandwich and beer I had at the first-floor bar were really delicious.”

“Hotel and room were very clean. Beds were very comfortable. On site bar was convenient.”

“ended up not even staying half of everything was closed never even went up to the room. it was in the middle of nowhere. only thing that was available was gambling. even the gift shop was closed. got the run a round trying to cancel and finally just ate the 200 bucks it cost me and left. Expedia and even the protection plan I purchased would not give a refund either.”

“Stayed for a long weekend in October. Front desk staff (shout out Antoine and Duwan!) Were friendly and welcoming. Gave great recs for food and activities. Room was clean and well-stocked. Beds were 8/10 comfy but after a long day exploring I still got 10/10 rest. Location is central to so much STL has to offer and easy for rideshare pickup. Definitely get a drink on the rooftop during your stay!”

“We enjoyed our stay ! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Quite pleasant to meet and talk with.”

“The room was what you expected for the price”

“Front desk staff was very helpful in answering question about the property and surrounding area!”

“위치 훌륭하고 수영장도 좋았어요.”

“Staff would have been sufficient if the room has been well. Was consistently put on hold when calling front desk. 1st room smelled like smoke. 2 nd room didn't have water, sheets are worn and ripped. Head pillow stained.”
