"The room ‘security’ payment threw me. $100 on a a credit card, bit 5 to 10 business days to release the hold. If I stayed at 5 places like this, all my coin would be ‘tied up’. They would not take $100 cash as a deposit… and if I used my debit card, they wanted $500. Really… For what they charged: ordinary is the word that comes to mind"

"The stay at the Pan Pacific was magnificent! The bell team’s luggage storage and room delivery and cruise ship transfer services were incredibly convenient! The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The access to the rest of Canada place and the general area downtown was great!"

"We loved our stay!. After checking out and going through security to catch my flight, I realized I left my phone in the room. The front desk associate whose name i unfortunately didn’t get went above and beyond to track it down and help arrange for it to be mailed back to me right away. It arrived safely, well packaged and in perfect condition. Exceptional customer service and a great example of genuine hospitality. Thank you!"
