“Had a wonderful stay at the hotel, I came in a bit late and the concierge was very helpful. The decore of the establishment was very unique and the open atmosphere was literally a breath of fresh air. My stay was a well needed rest. I will definitely be staying here again.”

If you are traveling with cars, do the valet parking. It is only few bucks difference and it is definitely worth of buck.
You get to park in the reserved area(parking shares with crystal mall and it always gets crowed mixing up with the mall customers)”
“Great location and great room overlooking the waterfront. We walked the boardwalk and also the storefronts. Room was clean, and we were able to get parking in the underground garage, though I understand that might be limited. ”
“Overall , hotel accommodation is good and reach to south Vancouver easy. Near there are many restaurants even Korean restaurant ( woori Nara sik dang ) and you can enjoy early breakfast in near ( brogan’s diner ). Of course , there is shopping mall ( willow brook ) ”
"Very noisy and uncomfortable. Window is not thick enough to prevent noise from flights. I don't understand what it was but weird noise (sounded like falling heavy objects) was there for several hours. Hallway is too long to the room."
"i stayed in a room for single person + shared bath. i would say it was a perfect choice for me who had to work for a few days in the room and travel Vancouver downtown for another few days. when i travel alone, i always want to stay in a cozy, clean, small-sized room for a single traveler, but they are mostly too spacious for me. i was so happy to find this place, the affordable and clean room with a single bed! those who are hesitant with a shared bathroom and shower, i think you don’t really need to worry about. it was close, mostly empty when i tried to use, very clean, and spacious (totally different from a shared bath in hostels) — i didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. plus, the room has a washstand and fridge, and is bright with sunlight and not too small. all staff are so sweet and super friendly! (i really thank all of them) highly recommend :)"
