"We've stayed here a few times now - great for overnight layovers at YVR. The hotel is very clean, rooms are well appointed and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff are courteous and professional. The dining options on site are high end or food court...nothing really in between. That said the soup place in the casino has fantastic bbq pork/wonton soup and is fast, reasonable, and open late, A lifesaver after a late arrival."

"Well, the environment and location are good - no doubt. Everything is functional. What I would recommend is get rid of that really dumb fashion of the month to make visitors use their electronic key at every fart, and not least in the elevator - all of that creates undertones of distrust, fear and empty non-human formalism. Do not follow that example even though so many hotels nowadays as a herd of lemmings rushed down this formalistic soleless path."
