We enjoyed the room, but wish there had been a bed instead of a pull out sofa. The staff were great. The biggest struggle were the elevators. There seemed to only be one working elevator this visit, which would be fine if the stairs were an option, but on the 5th floor you can only use the stairs in the eveng of an emergency. It meant a long time to wait for an elevator, which was usually full up.

Nice big bathroom.
The shower had amazing water pressure. Also really liked the shampoo and body wash.

When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that our room have been upgraded, which was a lovely. Overall, the staff are friendly and courteous. A couple of minor areas that could use a little more attention would be the bathtub. Had some mould around the faucet and it would be nice to see the rooms touched up with paint and such to keep them looking their absolute best

The pool was amazing - kids loved the slide! The hot tub was also nice and toasty. (FYI if you contact the front desk ahead of time you can get a bathrobe to walk to the pool in.) Otherwise, our room was clean, beds were comfy. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. You can hear the skytrain but it wasn't disturbing for sleep. We had a really nice stay.

Rooms are clean and large. Staff are friendly. Great eating options 👌. Hot is good. We would of used the pool and the waterside but the water was to cold....lukewarm would have been enough. Enjoyed the casino! Great location to take the sky train to downtown- takes you to the heart of downtown Vancouver connected to all shopping and eating!

TV broken. Staff did their best but couldn't fix. We were not prepared to move rooms late at night so had to do without. A courtesy rate adjustment would have been nice! Only stayed as had an early morning flight and the location is convenient.
