Amazing stay with a 4 year old. The pool is amazing, and we were positively surprised it’s not treated with chlorine, but ozone… no skin issues using the pool twice daily! Great selection of reasonably priced food, room service from 3 different restaurants, fine dining and convenience store and Starbucks on site. Room was clean and super pleasant! We’ll definitely stay again.

We arrived late and were welcomed by the staff openly. Surprised by a room upgrade which was a beautiful room. Well appointed, spacious, a beautiful view and extremely quiet. Although we were only there for a very short time, we are already thinking about a return visit to spend more time appreciating the amenities offered.

The rooms were quite dated. The reading lights on the headboard didn’t work at all. The carpet in hallways were very worn and damaged. The staff were friendly and helpful. The parking was quite a trek in the rain. We were not there for the casino. It was nice a quiet. Would consider staying again as long as you don’t expect high end it’s ok.

We enjoyed the room, but wish there had been a bed instead of a pull out sofa. The staff were great. The biggest struggle were the elevators. There seemed to only be one working elevator this visit, which would be fine if the stairs were an option, but on the 5th floor you can only use the stairs in the eveng of an emergency. It meant a long time to wait for an elevator, which was usually full up.

The shower had amazing water pressure. Also really liked the shampoo and body wash.
