We have stayed at this hotel over 6 times already and there’s a reason why we keep coming back! The hotel is at the prime location in Burnaby close to restaurants, shops, public transportation and has a skybridge to the Metrotown Mall! The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend signing up for their rewards program. Rooms are comfortable and true to their description. Amenities and the buffet breakfast are also great! Looking forward to coming back and staying with Holiday Inn Metrotown in the near future!

The location was amazing; It was right next to the metrotown skytrain which is a 15 minute ride to Science World in Downtown Vancouver. There's a Tim Horton's a couple of doors down if you wanted to start your day off with an iced cappuccino.

Every member of staff we interacted with was professional, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was pretty quiet despite being in a busy area. We also loved the breakfast buffet- there were lots of options, everything was fully stocked, and both the serving and dining areas were kept very clean.
