"This is probably the second most amazing hotel I've ever stayed in, just short of the Palazzo in Vegas. The room itself was amazing, along with the entire hotel. Everything was very clean, and it just had an elegant feel about it. The location was also great as we were close to quite a bit of shopping and places to catch buses to go see different sites. There were also quite a few good restaurants around us. All the staff were very nice, with the slight exception of an older gentleman that was working concierge (he seemed pretty annoyed that we interrupted a conversation he'd been having for awhile with another guest when we needed to ask a question). The only complaints I have is the shower is pretty dang small for how amazing the rest of the room is (there is a separate tub), and the channels available on the TV are atrocious. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if we ever get to visit Vancouver again, which I hope to do frequently!"

"Two markets and a pharmacy across the street made getting snacks and basic needs easily accessible. Several coffee shops and breweries less than a 10 minute walk away. Conviently close to attractions in downtown Vancouver at a budget friendly price. Frequent buses at the door step made going into downtown anytime with only a 10 or 15 minute bus ride or rideshare."

"Awesome place to stay—I’ve stayed here several times and have always had a great experience. The staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I arrived late on my most recent visit, and they provided clear instructions and arranged an easy check-in after reception had closed. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything I needed was provided. If you’re travelling for work or simply passing through, this is a perfect place to stay."
