"Nice hotel very convenient with sky tram being there so going downtown and airport easy. Good value for Vancouver. Restaurants not open late. Good options to eat nearby in Richmond. Taxis available. Very clean and large rooms. Nice amenities. Food in Chairman’s restaurant very good and great view. Room service is not 24 hours. Tried to get a bite after flying in but food wasn’t available on a Tuesday night at 9pm"

"Cons: Noisy from thin walls and courtyard. Portable AC unit in room is bulky, noisy and inefficient. Bathroom has a metal box attached to wall near toilet at exact spot to bash your elbow every time you use it. Why not just have a normal toilet paper roll in a better spot? Pros: Great location, included cruiser bike rental, good pub next door."
