The staff were very friendly and the food from the Arc restaurant was excellent. The location is excellent if you plan to take a cruise from Canada Place. Also, a hop on hop off bus stop is located next to the hotel, making a city tour very easy.

A stand out memory was that our room stewardess beautifully fixed a bouquet of flowers in a vase, flowers we received during a show. Room service was also excellent.
