"I had a bit of a booking issue, but that was a misunderstanding on my part. However, the staff were very helpful, and offered several solutions, and were able to accommodate my stay. I will be coming back to this location every chance I get."

"Great location. Close to the train station and shopping. Quite street right on a canal. Strange set up for bathroom. We had to go down a very narrow and steep staircase to get to the bathroom. I could not stand straight up in the shower. Breakfast was good, but not much of a selection."

"Room was clean and spacious, very comfortable bed and pillows. Convenient location a short walk to the SkyTrain Canada line station at Lansdowne. Shopping center right behind the hotel. Shuttle to the airport was free, lots of room for luggage, 10 min ride. Luggage stored while we explored the area. Very helpful staff."

"The staff were very helpful and kind, and the lobby was amazing. The bed was comfortable, and the view and balcony were definitely a plus. The hotel is also within walking distance of great restaurants (about 5–10 minutes) and public transit (approximately 3 minutes to the bus and 15 minutes to the SkyTrain). However, the room we stayed in could definitely use more thorough cleaning, particularly the floors, dining chairs, and couch. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again and possibly try the cafe downstairs."
