"We reached at around five in the morning after our plane was grounded on the night of August 22 in the heavy rain, thunderstorm, and lightning at Vancouver airport. The front desk person was extremely kind and helpful, and when I asked him what was the latest he would let us check out, he said we could check out at 1 instead of 11. This was extremely comforting. We had been on the plane for almost 18 hours coming in from Hong Kong and then being stuck on the plane. The thoughtful hospitality was very appreciated. Would definitely stay here again."

"They have kitchen appliances-glass top cooktop so can plan to bring in some stuff for cooking , also have refrigerator, micro, dishwasher and basic cooking and serving dishes. Buffet style Breakfast included with lots of healthy options."

"We vote 10 stars 🌟 Special thanks to staff to take us to the store It needed vip approval though . It is opened with permission for some ....Gladly we were chosen ✨️ They have a shop at location to buy their own collaborators brand items or new, 2nd hands or art works from 5 dollar and up .....Some vintage items in other stores they ship if you want to get I suggested for the items to be add in websites and they said sometimes it is private sale ... Like occasional auction... Any how it was fun and we come back surely"

"Hotel was nice, clean lobby and room. Smaller room, but bed was comfortable and had everything I needed. Bathtub could use a deeper clean, the bottom was all grey and looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed in a while. Only major negative is the airport shuttle. While it showed up on time and got me to the airport, it wasn’t the best experience. The driver was incredibly rude, the bus had a horrible smell, and looked like it had never been cleaned."

"Great location. Rooms are comfy. Bed was very comfortable. Bin4 is great for dinner. We wished there was a breakfast restaurant close by besides a McDonalds. We have stayed here before and will stay again."
