"The property is really well maintained. Staffs are very friendly and very helpful. Free Breakfast is awesome. Some staff has a very strong body odor but property is in great condition. Will definitely come back. Thank you."

"The facility was immaculate and the staff were helpful and cordial. My only complaint, and it's a small one, is we went to use the hot tub after driving from Alaska for 5 days and there were a ton of kids. Now we like kids. Between my wife and I we have 8 and 7 grandkids. But the little ones who you would expect to be loud were pretty well behaved as thier parents were watching. But the 4 teens who had no supervision were both loud and obnoxious. I don't know if there was anything the property could have done so we simply excused ourselves and retired early to our rooms. I did notice security patrolling the grounds and I wonder if the pool area is in their responsibility but perhaps they could have asked the teens where their chaperone was. Other than that everything else was great. Maybe I am getting grumpy in my old age."

"I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. On our first night, the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. However, the staff responded quickly and transferred us to a different room, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options, including fresh fruit, eggs, bread, pastries, and hot and cold drinks. Everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, I was very impressed with the service and hospitality. Despite the issue with the air conditioning, the staff handled the situation professionally and made sure we were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!"

"Nice location in terms of view and access to highways. Loved the firm bed. We enjoyed the promenade for early morning and after dinner walks. Parking is extra and EV charger is limited. NearbyNew West Quay is pretty much a non factor compared to what it was before. There is a nice coffee shop for breakfast next door, al fresco."
