โThe staff here was extremely friendly. Probably the nicest staff I've seen at a hotel. Room was clean, bed was insanely comfortable. A bit noisy, I dont know if it was the fridge or the AC but there was weird noises on and off. I wish we'd used the pool but the bed was too comfy, we slept in lol. The parking was actually cheaper than most Vancouver hotels, they have valet parking but we have a manual car and a lot of Canadians have never driven one so we opt to park it ourselves. "i stayed in a room for single person + shared bath. i would say it was a perfect choice for me who had to work for a few days in the room and travel Vancouver downtown for another few days. when i travel alone, i always want to stay in a cozy, clean, small-sized room for a single traveler, but they are mostly too spacious for me. i was so happy to find this place, the affordable and clean room with a single bed! those who are hesitant with a shared bathroom and shower, i think you donโt really need to worry about. it was close, mostly empty when i tried to use, very clean, and spacious (totally different from a shared bath in hostels) โ i didnโt feel uncomfortable at all. plus, the room has a washstand and fridge, and is bright with sunlight and not too small. all staff are so sweet and super friendly! (i really thank all of them) highly recommend :)"

"The reason why this is not a five-star hotel is that there are no small facilities that have not been used.
Everything is perfect.
The front desk and housekeeping staff are always smiling, always having kindness while they are busy, and doing their best to the customer.
Also, I stayed at the new North Tower, and the room condition was the best.
I recommend clean, warm, pleasant, and most of all comfortable bedding.
There are ice machines, snacks, and beverage vending machines on each designated floor, so it was very useful.
In addition, room service is available, so there is no reason not to recommend this place.
This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in Vancouver.
When I first planned my trip, I had a lot of worries about deciding on accommodation, but if you give advice as an experienced person, make sure to choose this place.
It's a location close to downtown, so you can go anywhere. It has great service at a reasonable price. Most of all, I think the hotel is my second home. Perfect for the conditions!!
