Staff were very helpful, always clean and turndown service was lovely. Our room was high up and the views were fantastic! Only downside was the renovations to main lobby and restaurant so we had to use the back entrance to the hotel and had no in hotel restaurant service.
Would absolutely stay here again.
Fantastic room and prompt valet parking. They were repairing water damage to the lobby during our stay which was a bit of a nuisance, but didn’t detract too much from the overall experience. Great location. Would stay there again.
Might be my new favorite hotel in Vancouver. Rooms were luxe and comfy. And everything felt intentional and relaxed. Staff was great and well trained in hospitality.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Extremely clean, great view of the city, upgraded coffee maker, heated tile floors in restroom, comfortable bed, quiet, overall an excellent experience
Everything was wonderful would give 20 stars if I could. Staff and food were above expectations as usual and the kids property and rooms are amazing. This is likely the only place I’ll book in Vancouver !!
