Not only was this an amazing distance to BC Place, but the staff were amazing! Everyone from the front desk to the concierge. Our server Jaime at the inside restaurant was the BEST server I’ve ever had, and breakfast was delicious. The room was clean, comfortable, and great water shower.

The room was clean and tidy. Staff were incredibly helpful. Parking was a bit of a challenge at times with our size of vehicle. Elevator system in hotel can be slow in the morning during checkout so plan for that. Amenities, though aged, were still nice. Beautiful building still and very walkable near plenty of food and shopping. Breakfast buffet at the hotel is very much worth it. Large selection and high-quality food.

This is the perfect hotel for families, there rooms are all suites, very spacious and clean. The hotel is located in a very convenient location, near all major attractions and restaurants. The lobby is small making it feel like a boutique hotel.
