The staff was excellent and the receptionist Mr David was especially welcoming and made us feel right at home. The hotel - especially the spa - itself feels a little tired, but it seems they are undergoing a reno, which is great. I love the restaurant, food, and the staff there too.

very comfortable. Friendly staff who have been there a very long time. The only complaint was the music in the restaurant/bar. "piano pounding" obnoxious music. They need something soothing and inconspicuous background music and NOT LOUD/. We have stayed here for many years and this is the one and only complaint.
