"The reason why this is not a five-star hotel is that there are no small facilities that have not been used. Everything is perfect. The front desk and housekeeping staff are always smiling, always having kindness while they are busy, and doing their best to the customer. Also, I stayed at the new North Tower, and the room condition was the best. I recommend clean, warm, pleasant, and most of all comfortable bedding. There are ice machines, snacks, and beverage vending machines on each designated floor, so it was very useful. In addition, room service is available, so there is no reason not to recommend this place. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in Vancouver. When I first planned my trip, I had a lot of worries about deciding on accommodation, but if you give advice as an experienced person, make sure to choose this place.
