"The bathtub definitely needs a bath mat and safety handles. The tub got very slippery. Parking in the security lot is fantastic. The only issue we had was that the elevator shuts down at 9pm every night. so you have to use the stairs. Which really isn’t horrible except we didn’t realize that the elevator shutdown and we stepped out on P4 and the stairs door closed and locked. Leaving us in the parkade having to walk down the whole parkade at night. Letting guests know about this would be great information to share for parking. We were very pleased with our stay and look forward to staying with you again in the future."

"Upon arrival, I noticed there was a casino inside the hotel, so I was a little worried it might smell like cigarettes, but surprisingly, it didn’t at all. The hotel is well-maintained, although it’s not really new. It’s not super luxurious—it’s more of a mid-range hotel and everything was clean. The staff was also super kind and helpful. There’s a Starbucks inside the building, along with multiple restaurants, which is really convenient. Overall, I’d say it’s worth staying at if you’re looking for somewhere nice and clean without wanting to break the bank. It’s not luxury, but it’s definitely comfortable and a good value for the price."
