The staff was amazing m. We had safe and fee parking and used the restaurant, liquor store and grocery across the street. It’s very clean but it is old.

My room was very clean but it would have helped if the stairs and landing were vacuumed. Staff were excellent , particularly Mai the supervisor, and I enjoyed the bar downstairs. It was so much cheaper than the alternatives and location was fine.
I called ahead to ask about storing our luggage before check-in, and they were super helpful and had no problem letting us store it. I also called to let them know we would be arriving after midnight for check-in, and they were great about updating my account and making sure everything was noted.
The room was great everything you need for a comfortable night’s rest. The location was convenient, and the hotel was super quiet, which we really appreciated.
Overall, a great experience! 10/10, I would definitely stay here again
It's a quirky little hotel with a lot of character. The staff were super helpful and very nice! There's restaurant on the main floor, grocery store across the street, breakfast spot a block away and is right by the ocean. Bed was comfy, they even provided extra pillows for me and an iron for my partner. Would definitely return!
This is an old hotel with a location a 10 minute taxi ride to the cruise terminal. The front rooms have a lot of traffic noise. The back rooms are much quieter. We had both. You need to be very mobile to take your luggage up the 20 steps to the rooms. Larger luggage that you don't need overnight can be left downstairs.
It is basic accommodation with very helpful reception staff.

We chose to find a different hotel because of the area. I did not see
i nside a room. The staff person was very helpful and offered names for alternate hotels.
We really enjoyed our stay, the room is so clean and the staff are so accommodating and friendly that’s why I rate this hotel excellent and well recommended.

The room was ok. The staff was very good. The area around the hotel was horrendous. Litter and homeless people everywhere. I would not stay there again.
Unique location but it is quite run down and needs some updating. The price does not quite match the product… The room was clean-ish but extremely dated and needed some work. Located in a very loud, and somewhat dangerous area. The staff were very kind however, and the restaurant attached was very good.

The hotel was very comfortable but it is a very simple stay.
No breakfast and we had to alter our walking a bit to avoid East Hastings (I had kids with me so wanted to just keep it a bit safer). But the staff was lovely and the brewing company had amazing food.
If you are concerned with or not used to seeing unhoused people, you won’t want to stay here. But they spoke to us and we didn’t feel unsafe (we live inner city in another major city so we are used to it).
the staff was nice, the place was as clean as it could have been. place is on the iffy side of town, the parking isn’t locked or gated. houseless people are able to hang out near your car. in my room, the side paneling for whatever is on the ground was coming off the wall, the smoke detector was on the ground rather than on the window. the mirror in the room was completely unusable. not ada friendly.
