"Was not to bad"

"Horrible experience, called in advance to plan our adult children's early arrival, prepaid rooms, provided credit card for incidentals and parking etc. Provided names of the kids, confirmation # all as requested. Front desk was completely incompetent and could not read room notes. Turned our children away after being all arranged. Had to essentially yell to be given a manager to speak with. The manager was excellent to deal with and sorted out the situation to allow our kids to get into our rooms. Then upon my arrival the front desk still could not comprehend anything. Asked for my credit card again to charge incidental holds even after it was already done. Gave me the wrong room keys and could not figure out room assignments. We will never stay here again. My children when asking for sugar for coffee was told they wouldnt send to room and they needed to come to front desk. They were given glare stares and made uncomfortable. Horrible experience, never again. Hotel layout is ridiculous for elevator access and parking when navigating luggage and bags. "

"This was a terrible stay, it was my wife's birthday and I had asked for a Harbour view , they ended up giving me a pool view, and with that we thought the glass you couldn't see from outside then we walked outside and you can clearly see us from the outside. On top of that, only one light worked in the room so we had to keep the blinds open. On top of that we had a free 50$ food voucher that we could not use anywhere, we tried and they just kept telling us no. The biggest thing is we had bugs and flies in our room, the room was still dirty and the musty smell my wife couldn't handle anymore so we didn't even stay in the room for more then 5 hours, also we left one day early as she couldn't take it. For a 700$+ a night room this was the worst experience I have dealt with. And"

"Clean room with kitchenette in a good location. It would be nice if the pool closed at 11pm instead of 10pm to allow for more time to use it after a long day exploring the city. Elevators are very slow."
