"The staff was nice and accommodating, their was a couple rude housekeepers, 1 even entered my room after I left for an event, and accused me of smoking in the room. I don't even smoke. But other then that my experience was good. Location is great."

"Staying at the Parker was a mixed experience. On the plus side, the location was great, the hotel was reasonably clean, and the valet/porter staff are helpful and attentive. In-room, the blackout curtains were effective, and the mattress was comfortable. The elevators were reasonably fast. On the negative side... the room was definitely not the 28 sqm it was advertised as being, perhaps 20-22. Sound isolation is bad, both from the outside world and the hallway. The in-room heating/cooling is also very loud. All told, earplugs are a must. Breakfast was edible at best, with slow and inattentive service on the first day... nobody in the party of five that dined wanted to return to the hotel restaurant the next morning even though breakfast was included in our rate (we'd rather pay more elsewhere to avoid it!). In room, a sometimes-helpful-sometimes-awful light turns on automatically from under the bed, presumably to guide sleepy patrons to the washroom at night... but there's no way to turn that off, and it can be bright/disturbing for a sleeping partner. Finally, my Hotels.com VIP privilege of a free bottle of wine was not honoured. Not the most terrible thing, but it was noticed. Overall, staying at the Parker Executive Hotel didn't feel like a very premium experience despite the fancy cars parked out front, more like a just a notch up from a good highwayside place. I don't think the hotel should be avoided, but my spouse and I concurred we would try somewhere else next time."

"Good location for public transport. If you wanted an early breakfast or late night snack you had a food court inside the casino. Starbucks and a gift shop were all available if you didn’t mind a lineup. Didn’t try the Gordon Ramsay restaurant "

"Perfect place to come too after a long flight "

"Sandman was a big disappointment - with poorly maintained rooms and hallways, bizarre design choices and some cost cutting really impacting the experience. I’ve summarised the points below for speed: 1) there was an exposed electrical wire in our room - sticking out from the AC. Bare copper was showing and we didn’t know if it was live, but still felt like a health hazard. We reported this to front desk and it was immediately removed. 2) after our first night we returned to the room to find a note that the room couldn’t be serviced ‘due to the presence of personal items’ - this was a pair of pyjamas left on the bed! Felt like a really lazy and didn’t give us a good impression. 3) the bathroom is really small - there was nowhere my partner could place his skincare items so these had to go in the bedroom. The soap dispenser is just above the toilet roll, so it would get wet when washing hands! 4) the pool area and changing rooms didn’t feel clean. The male changing area had lockers that needed a padlock but nowhere is it explained where to get one! The towels provided were unkept and looked used and the urinals hadn’t been cleaned and smelt quite bad. 5) The hallway carpets on the 9th floor also had stains that hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The walls also had scuff marks."

"Clean room and bathroom, Staff are nice, I love that they have Starbucks but it would be nice if they open earlier. Parking is expensive and like a maze."
