Staff was friendly, the girls in the breakfast room were friendly, they chatted with us and were helpful, but not intrusive which sometimes happens. Restaurant was amazing for dinner. Front counter staff was helpful and I especially enjoyed walking the hallway and looking at the pictures of Scottish clans of old. Will come back
