"It is a clean and comfortable hotel. Very well located. Staff friendly and helpful. However, in the room, the bathroom door was made of glass and it was wider than the door gap so it hit the wall hard making a horrible sound. Also in the bathroom, the ventilator was making a high pitched squeaky noise.so overall rooms could benefit from some improvement. "

The reception staff were extremely rude and treated guests as if we were beneath them — acting like we were stupid and they were somehow superior. We had clearly booked a room with breakfast included, but they insisted that our reservation did not include breakfast. I showed them the reservation details, and it was obvious that breakfast was listed as included. In fact, all room options in their system...
