I loved their hospitality, any time I need something with one simple call from the room I got it. Ozgur was so helpful polite friendly and respectful. We will definitely come back to this hotel."

"Camas cómodas. Los pasillo huelen muy bien. Personal muy amable. Llegamos por la tarde-noche y no hanía agua, nos dijeron que es un problema general del municipio y que pasa cada 3 días, por la mañana sí que ya lo tenímos a buena presión y temperatura. A las 4 a.m. nos despertamos de una oleada de agua cayendo del techo. El personal nos propuso cambiar de habiatación o darnos un cubo. Probablemente al parecer eso pasó al volver tener agua el hotel. Desayuno bastante pobre y café era de sobre,...

"Area is convenient if you have car since its easy to park, their response on expedia is also fast.. room condition is average as the beds feels like you are shrinking, the sofa also almost felt like its breaking into two. Washing machine did not dry the clothes so I had to bring the wet ones as we drive back to Istanbul. "
