"This is 6th visit here. I like this hotel as it's very clean and comfortable. But,this time I was disappointed. The sink and bath were clogged, so, I left message, but, there was no response at all. So, it was really inconvenient. Also, when I checked out, the invoice was wrong, but, there was no apology and I needed to wait for around 30 minutes. I hope it will be improved next time. "

"숙소가 청결하고 직원들 모두 너무 친절했음 다음에도 또 숙박할 생각임. 초코렛박물관 바로 옆에 있고 리버뷰 또한 좋았음. 지하철역도 멀지 않음"

"전반적으로 만족한 숙소 다만, 주차장이 협소해 늦게 체크인을 해서 주변 공원 근처에 주차함. "

"전시회 장소 주변이라서 조용하고 깨끗한 호텔임. 다만 너무 한적해서 호텔 주변에서 즐길만한 장소는 별로 없음."
