"Parking was not clear – it was hidden through some black gates between shops, and we had to call the owner to even find out where it was. The property is advertised as “apartments,” but our room was just a bedroom, with the bathroom and kitchen being shared. The place felt unsafe and unhygienic – the cooker alone (see photos) was a good example of the poor condition. We rang the owner, but he didn’t want to know. "Property was clean. Not as stated entire property. Shared facilities. Bathroom via the kitchen on ground floor had child. Did not feel we could relax here as thought we had entire apartment. Outside next to little shop. Traffic island outside meant couldnt park outside and single line. Area around property made us feel unsafe- wasnt the best."

"The property was cold and the device to set the temperature seemed to be out of battery. It was somewhat hard to find, and when we entered there was a vacuum cleaner sitting in the hallway. Parking can be hard to find, and the owners' emails seemed to be automatic and not responsive."

I rarely leave reviews up to this point but was left feeling like this 'apartment' is a room in a multi occupancy house and it felt a bit.....what's the right word......DHSS ish. I didn't use the communal kitchen as someone in there was, well a bit weird, looking disturbed. I just think I was looking for cheap and cheerful. It was cheap. "

"On arrival we were told expedia had trippled booked out the property that we had booked. We were then taken to a house in shelton, which looked like student accommodation, it was disgusting, it had dirty sheets and out of date milk in the fridge. The microwave was also dirty, don't get me started on the clensinous of the house. We could only have 2 out if the 3 bedrooms. At 2 am the police knocked on the door with 2 men who were absolutely out of their mind drunk. They were staying there too....
