The hotel is right on a street that has lots of restaurants and shopping. The traditional market was right across from the entrance. It is steps away from the beach and is a great location to enjoy the festivities of the area. The subway is a few minutes walk away which isn't too bad. The room was clean and spacious. We had a great view of the ocean every morning!

Over all it was a very convenient and memorable stay at best western haeundae. The rooms were very comfy to stay at and the staff were very helpful. The location was superb. Near restaurants, convenience stores, beach and also night market. Will definitely choose best western again next time.

This was a prime location, right in the centre of Haeundae conveniently across the food market street. 2 min walk from the beach, Busan X the Sky, the blue line capsules. Everything you need to get a great experience for probably a fraction of the price most hotels in that area are going for. The rooms were so spacious too! The bathroom was big and everything was clean. So much value for money for such a great location.

Staff were friendly. The hotel room provided us a view of the sea from our balcony which was very much appreciated. And they do have plug points that Malaysians could use on wall which was also very helpful. However they should review the quality of the pillows not very comfortable to sleep on.

Very clean. What we like is , it’s only TWO minutes walk to Haundae beach itself . Downstairs is the 7-11 and I front is the night /dining market where to experience different Korean Foods . Easy check in and check Out . Very professional staff meets my request on extending our stay . Best Western is fantastic hotel with a great location Going to book this hotel again on our next Busan trip .
