We got the room with a staircase and a bed on top. The bed was a mattress on the floor and since it was high up, the AC did not reach therefore very uncomfortable. Slept 2 in a single bed the second night. The shower sprays all over the bathroom. There was enough space to open 3 suitcases which was nice. Good location, friendly staff. Great for the price!

Haeundae visit

Nice hotel. It’s a relatively new hotel. We had a partial ocean view which made it nicer and the hotel is a couple blocks from the beach.

The room is really nice with a small balcony. The hotel is located around 5-mins walk from the tourist area, so it is quiet at night. The staffs are very polite and nice, and there are some cute souvenirs on the lobby.

Either the building is new or the rooms are newly renovated. The rooms were clean and did not stink. The front desk staff were very helpful and professional and were better than the other hotels in the area.

A solid hotel providing all the neccesities. The rooms are pretty spacious, and there's a small balcony on each floor. I did not try things like their breakfast options or look into if they offer any additional services, so I can't quite comment on them.

Pros: Close to Haeundae Beach, Fairly quiet surrounding neighborhood, nearby fast food and convenience stores. Cons: Bed covers and pillow covers had stains left on them, strange marks/leftover residue present at the bottom of toilet bowl. Refrigerator was incredibly weak, and did not chill items well. Specific Issues to Note: ->Difficulty communicating with staff as a foreigner. Called to ask about early check-in and late check-out, but staff was not able to clearly state if it was possible or not in English. Also neglected to mention a fee being included for early check-in until asked explicitly about any associated charges. Korean was necessary in order to receive more definitive responses. ->Guest was changing clothes when the cleaner arrived. Cleaner continued to ring doorbell several times until the guest opened it. Although cleaner was notified that the guest was still changing clothes (in Korean) and they had declined room service, the door was forcibly pulled open wider by cleaner just to hand over some water bottles. It would have been preferable for the cleaner to leave the bottles outside the door or waited for the guest to finish changing first. Overall, convenient location but poor hygiene/cleanliness and unsatisfactory staff interactions. Not recommended for stays longer than 1 to 2 days.

Loved the conveniences of the hotel from the beach and the station. You literally have everything at your fingertips. Staff are friendly and helpful and for most of the staff, nothing is too much. Would have given 5 stars except the shower leaks and floods the bathroom which makes it a safety/slip hazard and also makes the bathroom unusable while the floor is still wet. Otherwise would recommend this hotel and would stay again.
