This hotel was amazing and for a great price! The man at the front desk was extremely kind and cheerful, he made a great effort to walk me through the entire hotel booklet in english. We only came to drop off our bags but he allowed us to check in 3 hours early as the room had already been cleaned prior to our arrival. There are plenty of things nearby, we went to a very cool vinyl record bar that had great drinks. We didn’t get the chance to check out the hotel bar so I have no review on it.

The hotel room was beautiful and hotel interior was nice. The area around the hotel was a bit dirty. The drying machine takes too long to dry clothes.

My family and I (5 adults and 1 child) stayed at the quadruple room with total of 4 queen beds. Pros: 1. Location, near Myeondong area. 2.The room was spacious enough for 6 people. 3. Staff was kind, friendly and very helpful. 4. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 showers, 2 toilets. 5. Free use of washer and dryer. Cons: The issue is No privacy at all. The 3”2””bedrooms have no doors or even a curtains for privacy. The shower area, and the toilet area have glass doors so no privacy at all when you have to take a shower or have to use the toilets.

We've booked a room for 8 people with 4 queens. The rooms was clean and had enough space and storage. However, there was no walls or curtains to separate the beds which mean no privacy for anyone. There was no locks on the bathrooms and showers. Breakfast was simple and good. It was bread, scramble eggs and ham. Options of cereal. Overall, not bad but I would choose another place which has a but more privacy in the rooms

A pleasant stay in Busan

The location of this hotel is ideal for the first time travellers to Busan！You can access both line 1 and line 2 subway to go to many famous tour sites conveniently. It is also close to Hocheon village and Busan citizens park. Most important, you can try out various delicious local foods within walking distances！The hotel is clean and comfy with super nice staff. They also provide free shuttle services to airport！I highly recommend it！

Found this hotel and booked for family of 6. On arrival was upgraded to penthouse with large balcony. Room was definitely large but a bit outdated and overall good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Even helped us order food delivery and recommended places to eat. Complimentqry water bottle is a plus. Would return.

While the room furniture was new and with an eye in an attractive minimalist design, it suffers from being less practical - great wide beds but limitless space for other items, sleek sink but no sink counter space etc. Also the staff need to give more information in advance - the need to reserve breakfast, the need to ask for room to be cleaned etc.

Disappointing

I recently had a very poor experience at this hotel and feel compelled to share my thoughts. The soundproofing in the hotel was extremely lacking. It was so loud that it was impossible to get any sleep. When I brought this up with the staff, their attitude was very unpleasant and unhelpful. Despite booking for three nights, I ended up leaving after just one night due to the unacceptable noise levels and poor customer service. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel and find better accommodation elsewhere. The experience was extremely disappointing and left a bad taste in my mouth.

Hotel itself was clean but...their AC leaked from ceiling by our all device changing night stand..might mares!!! Night clark offered new room at 5am we declined due to 3 kids still in bed. He did not informed morning shift and we had to explain all over again. This hotel does not have parkinglot. Map system does not recognize its location so we had hard time finding the place. Because of no parkinglot you need to make sure to check out on time for parkinglot otherwise you need to pay for it! It indicates that you can use laundry room but it's not true. You need to take them to nearby laundry mat for your need.
