"The room was clean. There's a mini fridge. There were no outlets near the bed so you can only charge your phone at the desk. The shower was decently sized, but there are no shelves in the shower so you have to keep your toiletries on the sink counter outside of the shower. Location is good, 15 min walk to the bus/train station and 10 min walk to the city centre. Despite being next to the hospital, there was no noise from the ambulance. There's also an Aldi next door. Breakfast was okay, mostly cold breakfast. The breakfast area is small, but I never had an issue getting a seat."

"We were a family of 4 and stayed in one room. The room was small with all four beds in one room but it was comfortable and the bathroom was good. The best thing about this is the location, very central with walking distance to most sites and about 10 minutes walk from the train/bus station. I don’t think the room itself should cost as much as it is very basic but we found all Ljubljana accommodation coming up quite expensive and we are glad we paid for the location."

"Great location in the heart of the old town, right next to the river and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. There are plenty of excellent restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel was very clean, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well. The bed was a little too soft for our liking and quite noisy when moving. Also, the bedside lamp couldn’t be used because the only available power outlet was needed for charging our devices. Our biggest disappointment was the room allocation. We had specifically contacted the hotel beforehand to confirm a room with a private bathroom, but on arrival we were given a room with a shared bathroom because, we were told, the private bathroom had broken. We understand that unexpected maintenance issues can happen, but the way the situation was handled was disappointing. We had to insist that this was not acceptable, especially after receiving prior confirmation. The initial response was simply that “things get broken,” delivered with a dismissive attitude. Only after we pressed the issue were we given an upgraded room with a private bathroom. Overall, the location and cleanliness were excellent, but the customer service when dealing with the room issue could have been handled much more professionally."
