Péssimo lugar para você relaxar ...

As fotos da pousada não condizem com a realidade do local, a piscina realmente é incrível , a vista e maravilhosa , o único lugar que nos sentimos bem, apesar da higiene da piscina não estar em boas condições... a recepção e horrível, a quem se diz "dona" da pousada nos recebe extremamente grossa e te faz sentir "extremamente desconfortável"... Chegamos tarde da noite, devido ao transito e ao nosso trabalho, tivemos que tocar um sino velho, que não sabíamos se funcionava ou não, ficamos numa rua vazia e escura, sem conhecer o local, e a dona ao invés de investir no sistema adequado, para os hospedes ou avisar a respeito da recepção, já que parece que não tem ninguém, , ela ainda te recebe sendo grosseira, parece que só espera você pagar a pousada e depois você que se vire... Outra coisa, a pousada diz que não faz limpeza dos quartos devido a Pandemia, sendo que qualquer pessoa sabe que as medidas de combate a Covid seria limpeza sempre... os quartos não são limpos , as toalhas não são trocadas, você tem que ficar 3 dias com uma toalha suja e roupas de cama sem arrumar, no anuncio ela não diz isso , depois que você paga que ela coloca um monte de regras infundadas... a única coisa que salva são os empregados, pessoas maravilhosas e sabem lidar com o publico, sempre prontos ... jamais voltaria, sempre fiquei em buziios, nunca tive problemas em pousada alguma, essa e a pior...

A pousada estava com a piscina verde, sem condições de entrar, não teve limpeza do quarto, o cobertor estava velho já “polindo”, o café da manhã deixou muito a desejar. O local aparentemente necessitava de uma manutenção.

pior pousada de Buzios

Não recomendo para ninguem essa "pousada", simplesmente pessima! A sujeira dos quartos impressiona, mofo para todo canto, rejunte do banheiro nunca deve ter sido limpo, chegava escorrer uma agua preta das paredes. O atendimento da suposta "dona" da pousada foi pessimo tambem, muito mal educada. Não tem shampoo e nem sabonete, as toalhas são trocadas somente de 3 em 3 dias ou deve-se pagar por isso. Tive que usar 3 dias uma toalha suja e molhada. O café da manhã nem se fala, resumindo tem pão com manteiga e um bolo duro e frutas pretas. Minha dica, cuidado ao reservar essa pousada. Não vale o preço pago e muito menos o stress da falta de educação da dona.

Pousada muito agradável

A estrutura da pousada é ótima e fomo super bem atendidos por toda equipe. O ponto negativo é que o quarto, ao menos o que ficamos, estava com cortinas já gastas, e o ar condicionado fazia muito barulho. Mas de um modo geral, avaliamos muito bem e voltaríamos a nos hospedar nela.

Minha estadia no hotel Bon Bini foi tranquila, o hotel é confortável e simples. Nada luxuoso, mas atende muito bem a uma viagem de casal. Com estacionamento e perto da praia. O único porém é o wifi que não funciona muito ben.
