We arrived at 10:30. Our Bus was late due to accident on the highway. No staff they left at 10pm with note on door of who to call. We called both numbers many times and it went to voicemail. Another guest let us in the lobby and we found two room keys. The first was clearly not the deluxe suite but the second was so we stayed in that room for the night and left a message for the hotel on the desk. Unbelievable. If the other guess had not come to unlock the door and let us in we would have been sleeping on the beach. I need to be compensated for this terrible experience.

Amei, td maravilhoso, café da manhã muito bom! Quartos aconchegantes, roupas de cama cheirosas, restaurante com música ao vivo. Só senti falta de um lugar para pendurar roupas molhadas no banheiro tipo biquínis e toalhas. Na boa, gostei muito!

O quarto era bem equipado, confortável e acolhedor, garantindo noites tranquilas. A limpeza estava impecável, tanto no quarto quanto nas áreas comuns, o que demonstra muito cuidado com os hóspedes. Os funcionários merecem destaque: sempre atenciosos, prestativos e prontos pra ajudar, tornando nossa experiência ainda mais agradável

a recepção despreparada, não sabe dar informações corretas, café da manhã com poucas opções, os quartos são muito bom, e a localização é ótima !

Chegamos às 12:45 para fazer o check in e a pessoa responsável tinha saído para almoçar e tivemos que esperar por mais de 30 minutos, sendo que tínhamos um compromisso marcado! Outro relato importante foi que pelo hotéis.com eu escolhi a suíte com banheira de hidromassagem! Ao chegar lá fomos informados que foi um erro no anúncio do Hotéis.com! Mas cobrei que ficássemos no quarto com a banheira e fui prontamente atendido! Ao sair à noite e voltar depois das 22 horas não fomos informados que a pousada estaria fechada e que deveríamos usar uma outra chave que estava no chaveiro para abrir a porta da pousada! Tinha um aviso na do lado de fora para ligar para o caseiro para ele abrir a porta! Fora isso tudo, o local é lindo e a pousada é boa!
