Management lost my booking then wanted me to stay somewhere else. They also wanted me to pay again at the property but I’d already paid for it when I booked through Expedia. Cleanliness is a weak point too. My room didn’t even have a window. Bathroom really small and sheets/towels had stain one them. My buddy booked the rooftop loft and paid 6x what I paid for the amenities and the hot tub wasn’t even working. Staff delayed dealing with problem as much as they could and never fixed it. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Bom serviço e localização, mas péssima estrutura

A pousada tem uma excelente localização, ao lado da Orla Bardot e a equipe é muito simpática e dedicada ao serviço. Fomos muito bem tratados em todo o momento e a limpeza é muito boa. O que não gostamos foi da estrutura, muito apertado e precário. Vazamento no banheiro, televisão que não funciona (perguntarmos para o atendente, mas ele disse que todas estão com defeito). E aparece foto de uma área externa, mas não é área comum da pousada, mas privativa do loft.

Que susto!!!

Bom, fui sábado, 10hs de ônibus, 2 desastres, atrapalhou, chegamos cansadas e estressadas, quando para minha surpresa, fiquei no menor quarto do hotel. Eu já fui diversas vezes para este Hotel, pra mim a localização é o melhor dos mundos. Mas como eu pedi 02 camas de solteiro, me colocaram num quarto onde nem a mala não conseguia abrir, existe alguns problemas, o banheiro foi reformado, mas a torneira é pequena, então a agua vai para a bancada e não para cuba, uma molhadeira enorme, esta mesma pia é antiga de um acrílico, os pés parece que vai cair. tudo é muito simples, mastem conforto e os profissionais simpáticos.

Justo abajo de la posada estaban reparando una tienda. A las 8am comenzaban a martillar y hacer ruido en exceso sin dejar dormir, fue una mala coincidencia. En si las instalaciones muy buenas, el desayuno impecable y rico, la habitación limpia y cómoda. Cerca de todo.
