A pousada é bonita e agradável, apesar de muitas escadas. Café da manhã normal. Como os quartos são quase bangalôs e a recepção fica longe de alguns, achei que falta um telefone para comunicar com a recepção. Nos quartos também deveria ter talher e pratos, uma vez que a cozinha não funciona à noite e, caso, precise pedir algo fora, o hóspede possa ter como comer. No mais ótimo. Vista linda, funcionários super atenciosos. Wi-fi péssima.

Pousada maravilhosa em todos os sentidos!!

Escolhi a pousada para comemorar o dia dos namorados com meu marido e ficamos encantados com tudo, quarto amplo, café da manha bem servido, funcionários impecáveis educados e muito atenciosos, muito bem localizada com as praias ao redor que , de carro em menos de 5 min da para chegar. Sem dizer que tem estacionamento e wi fi gratis, isso é muito importante prq em toda cidade onde vc encosta o carro tem q pagar e não da p correr, e muitas pousadas não possuem estacionamento, ai ja viu....Espero voltar mais vezes. Estão de parabéns !!!

Super Lage und schöne Anlage; Renovierung nötig

5 Sterne gibt es für die Aussicht und für die Anlage an sich. Aber es müßte einiges renoviert und gewartet werden, und die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Als wir anreisten, gab es keinen Strom und kein Wasser (wofür der Vermieter nichts kann, denn das war großflächiger). Aber unser im Februar 2018 gebuchtes und bezahltes (!) Zimmer war vergeben worden, angeblich wegen eines Computerproblems. Der Besitzer der Casa war zufälligerweise anwesend und eierte in der Sache derart herum, daß uns dann der Geduldfaden riß und wir verlangten, die anderen Gäste auszuquartieren. Widerwillig tat er das dann. Frühstück ist gut, Pool klein, aber ok und die Aussicht super. Aber für knapp 300€ pro Nacht kann man das auch erwarten. Täglich Zimmerboden reinigen wäre auch super, davon haben wir aber nichts bemerkt. Die Angestellten bräuchten eine straffere Führung, sie stehen oft planlos herum. Zu Fuß geht es zum Strand gerade noch, aber es ist eine Steigung dabei. Unten muß man für das Parken allerdings zahlen. Das Internet ist eine Katastrophe - im Zimmer gar keine Verbindung, und immer wieder Access Point wechseln. Das ist 2019 nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Die Zeit um Weihnachten ist grundsätzlich definitiv die falsche für Buzios - Sommerferien und alles bummvoll.

Hotel justo, excelente vista e equipe prestativa

Local bem tranquilo, muitos jardins e bem cuidados, boa piscina, limpa e com uma vista maravilhosa da praia da ferradura. A área dos quartos é muito boa, grande se comparada à maioria dos hoteis, quartos limpos, arejados e com boa vista (pegamos um com vista para a praia). Apenas o ar condicionado deixou à desejar, muito barulhento (ar de janela que apitava se deixasse à partir do meio termo na temperatura). Café da manhã é simples mas muito bem servido, funcionários muito atenciosos e educados. 10 minutos de caminhada até a praia da ferradura, mas tem um subida (para pessoas alguma dificuldade de locomoção, recomendo carro). A rua é tranquila, mas a prefeitura de Búzio está deixando muito à desejar, à noite a rua é um breu, mais isso não desabona o Hotel...apenas um alerta para transitar pela rua à noite com cuidado e de preferência de carro (tem Uber em Búzios).

Excelente. Muito agradável mesmo. Fomos muito bem tratados. Toda equipe simpática e atenciosa. Piscina e vista paradisíacas. Local muito acolhedor. Para ficar perfeito só é preciso trocar a cafeteira: o café esfria muito rapidamente e providenciar mais utensílios para proteger os alimentos que ficam expostos, embora já utilizem alguma proteção ainda ficam alguns itens desprotegidos. Recomendo a Pousada Casa do Alemão: foram cinco dias maravilhosos.

Paga-se mais pela vista do que pela hospedagem.

Quarto limpo, porém com cheiro muito forte de produto de limpeza. Vista muito bonita, piscina bacana de frente pra praia, local fresco, em meio à natureza, nem usamos o ar condicionado. Quarto razoável, mas o preço elevado, paga-se pela vista. Um bom café da manhã sem muita variedade. Localização boa, melhor se tiver de carro, pois é muito íngreme a subida pra ficar fazendo a pé varias vezes.

Good value hotel

The staff is very helpful and professional (Selina will help you on anything you may need), although they do not speak English. Hotel is located almost a the top of a hill and the view of Ferradura Beach from our room and the pool area was very nice. Also it is located about 2 miles from downtown. I'd strongly recommend you have a car, otherwise the steep hill will definitely will be an issue for older people or families with babies. Parking is in an adjacent court shared with other hotel but should not be an issue unless it is during a busy week. Breakfast is average and at par with what you would expect in a hotel of this price, nothing fancy but with all the essentials offered (Selia will cook eggs for you if desired).
