Localização excelente porém limpeza e infraestrutura terríveis. Fiquei muito triste com a hospedagem pois o banheiro tinha cheiro de fossa/esgoto. Não consegui relaxar em nenhum dia.

In need of some major upkeep

The location of the pousada is great. The staff did the best they could, they are very nice. However the pousada is just not in the greatest shape. We had the master suite, the nicest room in the pousada and even it just wasn't kept up. It has some charm, Ill give it that, and its hard for me to write a negative review. But the balcony door didnt close all the way, the bathroom window didnt close at all, despite that, we felt safe, but the large gaps allowed for bugs. We had a small roach, lots of ants and a lizard in the two days we were there. The mattress under the sheets looked at least 20 years old, frayed and stained. The upkeep of the property is also poor, the hot tub has no water and looked like it didnt for a very long time. And I won't even get into the story of how I booked the room on Orbitz and when we first showed up they had no record of our reservation and said they never heard of orbitz, despite the fact I had my printed confirmation in my hand! Unfortunately I just cant recommend this hotel nor could I stay there again.Its too bad, it really has potential!

Lleno de hormigas, busquen otra

La posada está muy descuidada, tiene humedad por todos lados, nuestro cuarto era pequeño, el techo tenia humedad, una pared tenia unas manchas negras, no había lugar para apoyar al menos la valija o nuestras cosas. Solo había 2 muebles, eran viejos y estaban descuidados, estaban llenos de hormigas, no podías dejar nada sobre ellos o dentro de ellos. Antihigienico dejar tu cepillo en el baño y luego encontrarlo lleno de hormigas sobre él. El espejo del baño era viejo tenia 2 manchas negras en el medio que no sabíamos qué era. El cambio de sábanas no era ni cada 2 ni cada 3 días, lo teníamos que pedir nosotros y así y todo cambiaban una sábana y la otra la dejaban igual. La ubicación es buena, el desayuno era abundante, la buena onda de Felipe y de Vera que eran los dueños, pero no basta todo esto para poder cumplir con lo que uno está pagando. No vale lo que cuesta esta posada. Incluso fueron muy amables los dueños durante nuestra estadía pero el último día cuando nos íbamos ninguno de los dos estuvieron presentes como para al menos devolverles la llave de la habitación, tuvimos que dejarla en un lugar y avisarles por mensaje a ellos dónde estaba, mensaje que jamas fue respondido.

Excelentes vacaciones romanticas y en pareja

Nos gustó mucho la Pousada en realidad, muy linda en decoración, confort y ambiente!! Felipe y Vera realmente son muy simpáticos y están siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Lo que más nos gustó con mi pareja, fue la ubicación, era ideal , cerca del centro y de las playas, en la calle más linda de Buzios !! Realmente recomendado para parejas mas que nada :)

Decepcionante

Proprietária extremamente mal-humorada, deselegante e despreparada para lidar com clientes. Não tinha secador de cabelo, nem lençóis egípcios conforme prometido. O café da manhã é extremamente simples, sem sequer um requeijão ou queijo branco, e as toalhas dos quartos são trocadas apenas de 3 em 3 dias conforme regras estipuladas no encarte dentro do quarto. Mas se quiser uma toalha limpa todo dia, vc tem q pagar uma taxa extra de R$ 15,00 por cada uma para tomar banho. Cheguei no quarto no primeiro dia e nem toalha de rosto e papel higiênico tinha. Tivemos q solicitar na recepção. O cofre q deveria estar disponível conforme descrito como item oferecido no quarto, tinha q ser solicitado para q colocassem. Realmente decepcionante.

Boa localização e proprietários simpaticíssimos!

Os proprietários (Felipe e Vera) foram essenciais para uma boa estadia. Sempre muito solícitos e atenciosos, nos indicaram passeios, restaurantes, praias e pontos turísticos, tornando assim a estadia proveitosa e prazerosa. O café da manhã em nada deixou a desejar, parecendo um "simples menu de café da manhã" era repleto com pães, frutas, bolos, suco natural e frios, nunca deixando nada faltar. A localização próxima a rua das pedras, e de praias belas tornou a viagem muito cômoda pois conseguimos nos locomover a pé para todos os lugares que gostaríamos de conhecer. O quarto que nos hospedamos contou com: TV a cabo, Wi-Fi, Ar-condicionado, Frigobar, Cama de casal, Varanda (com rede e cadeira) e uma limpeza impecável. O banheiro foi o único ponto de "desalinho" pois contava com um vazamento entre o box do chuveiro e a bacia, fazendo assim com que quando tomávamos banho, o banheiro ficava molhado e um escorregadio. No geral, nós retornaríamos com maior prazer a essa pousada, graças aos donos que nos receberam como amigos e não somente hóspedes. O período de estadia foi de 02/01/2018 à 07/01/2018, sendo a nossa primeira viajem como um casal, ficamos felizes e satisfeitos com a estadia na pousada Mar de Búzios. Fomo bem recepcionados no loca. A pousada conta com bons quartos e boa localização na cidade. Infelizmente o estacionamento é alvo de trapaceiros que só querem tomar dinheiro. Na frente da pousada existe uma área de estacionamento que nunca está livre, ou colocam uma moto para guardar lugar, é um absurdo! Mas a pousada é relativamente boa pelo preço.

Location is awesome. Owners are very nice, but conditions of bed and TV were bad. Also, house keeping didn't change our towels even though I put them on the floor. Apparently they don't give clean towels even if you stay longer ( we stayed 4 nights). So after second day we had to use damp towels. Comforter was full was yellowish stains. TV is very old. Bed is very uncomfortable. When it rains water leaks into the ceiling. Breakfast was Continental and good.

A pousada fica em ótima localização, fizemos tudo a pé. Ficamos no quarto 103, limpo, organizado, porém o colchão tinha uma divisão no meio: um lado era alto e o outro baixo, tivemos dificuldade para dormir por conta disso, além da Tv que era muiiiito antiga e não tinha controle remoto. Já no quarto ao lado era de LCD ( não entendi pq só nosso quarto tinha essa Tv antiga ). O café da manhã é bem simples, porém satisfatório. Os donos são bem simpáticos. Em uma avaliação geral: a pousada é simples, mais legal.

Lindo Hotel ubicado frente al mar
