Quarto razoável, na parte do banheiro. Tinha que ligar a água da pia junto com a do chuveiro para poder esquentar e a limpeza dos azulejos deixou a desejar tinha muito mofo . E não usaram nenhum desinfetante, nem quando chegamos e nem na hora da arrumação do quarto .

São críticas construtivas...para melhorar ainda mais a qualidade de um Resort maravilhoso como esse. Acho que deveria haver um investimento na academia que está um pouco abandonada e os drinks que são maravilhosos deveriam ser valorizados não sendo fornecidos em copos plásticos. Existem taças descartáveis que melhoram a aparência. Ficariam mais bonitos.

Os funcionários foram gentis e solícitos. O quarto era grande e bem equipado. A piscina é incrível e super bem cuidada. O café da manhã estava muito bom, tinha muitas opções. Além de tudo isso, o local se destaca pela segurança. Somente pessoas autorizadas entravam no hotel.

Quarto precisando de reforma urgente, não tem cortina black out, hóspede acorda antes das 6:00, com o Sol, não tem telefone, não tem Wi-Fi e não tem sinal de celular no quarto, refeições com nível de comida muito ruim, quartos distantes da recepção, onde fica o estacionamento dos carros, hotel disponibiliza carrinho elétrico pra pegar as bagagens, mas esperei 2 horas pelas bagagens. Uma pena pois tem piscinas maravilhosas e é pé na areia da praia de Tucuns.

Já estive nesse hotel outras 3 vezes, porém com administração diferente, fiquei decepcionada com essa estadia, principalmente com as refeições. Opções deficientes, de baixa qualidade, ambiente sem organização. As áreas comuns do hotel estão largadas, sem manutenção adequada do jardim, guarda sol quebrado, por fim tinha uma barata no meu quarto. Gostaria muito que esse hotel, pois não podemos mais chamar de resort, voltasse a ser o que foi um dia, restaurante de excelência e ambientes impecáveis.
