“The hotel itself is an older Soviet-era building with very outdated plumbing, carpets, and rooms. The lobby, however, is renovated and modern. The location is also a big plus - it is very convenient to major attractions and there are plenty of coffee shops and cafes right nearby.
The staff is wonderful - especially the cleaning ladies on the 10th floor, who were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and friendly.
The included breakfast is good enough, though the staff clearly gets overwhelmed...
