โEl Porxo is a beautifully furnished house with excellent beds, bed linen, towels, dressing gowns and slippers. Everywhere is super clean, including the large pool. Lovely well maintained gardens to relax in and a gorgeous dining terrace. The owner is delightful. Weโll definitely return if we come back to Girona.โ
โApartment was well-equipped and overall the facility was excellent with a great bike room. The in-apartment amenities were great for preparing breakfasts and dinners. There are several grocery stores located nearby. It is located within moderate walking and easy biking-distance to the historic center of Girona. โ
โThis is an exceptional property, beautifully restored from a sprawling 17th century Catalan farmhouse. The couple that run it are very engaging and helpful and the food, prepared by the husband, is simply outstanding. It is very much in the country and a great place to relax and disconnect, which was what we wanted from the experience. If you want a more urban experience, this is not the place for you, but we just loved it. It was stunning.โ
