"Sad to see the manager was only concerned about getting paid for the extra family members that joined me and not in making sure his clients had a great experience. He seemed to be a bossy person as he appeared to be upset at the secretary for some reason. Aside from the check-in tensions, my family and I Ioved the wooden houses and cleaningnes of the facility. Playing volleyball at the beach was fun, and there were two pools where you could relax with your loved ones."

"We've just returned from a stay at El Encuentro Surf Lodge and honestly we're already thinking about when we can go back. This place was recommended by friends who are frequent guests and now we completely understand why. Our room was spacious with a beautiful interior, and the whole property is exceptionally well maintained. Breakfast was a highlight every single morning, fresh and delicious, and every meal at the restaurant was just as good. The staff are warm and make you feel like family...
