"Usually a nice place to stay. Front desk staff was remiss and borderline rude. Several pools were out of order & the ones that were open were dirty, had alage & the jets didn’t work.
Carpet & ceiling in the room were disgusting
Service & food at the restaurant were good.
Been coming here for years….best way to describe this experience is GHETTO!!!! Ended up not staying or fighting the clueless staff for a refund.
