"The air-conditioning unit sounded like a helicopter taking off. Very difficult to sleep. We almost had to get up, pack up and go request a room change. We turned it down and suffered in the heat. Breakfast staff was rude, slow and did not have the food well stocked. For the price of this hotel, I expected more. Terrible stay. Front desk staff needs training. Over disclosed his life story and was nosey about us. Weird."

"Horrible I made the reservation at wrong location they did not let me cancel my reservation instead charged me full price after multiple attempts to cancel even change the date to future date where I could come out to stay. So I got stuck paying for a room I didn’t even check into too."
