โWe enjoyed the easy access to the casino, we enjoyed the pool, the service is excellent and everyone is very attentive. We arrived earlier than check in and our rooms were surprisingly ready earlier than we expected which was so convenient with our kids and family . โ
โMy family loves desert hot springs spa and hotel. Weโve been here multiple times this year. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. We needed a room change due to my sonโs recent knee surgery Brandy and Tom weโre on it. They were able to get us a room that didnโt require going up stairs. I love this hotel and the amazing staff. Itโs always a pleasure visiting DHS spa and hotel. โ
โThis was a fun setting, great decor, very comfortable. One frustrating thing was going to the pool and finding no clean towels available and no one in the office to help. We ended up giving up on the swim, which would have been lovely as the evening was warm. Also, the TV remote was difficult to work. And we found a cockroach in the bathroom. These all were minor distractions from a lovely stay in a cute resort motel.โ
โEverything is perfectly thought of and implemented. Very clean property staff are extremely professional and friendly. Rooms are amazing clean everything works everything is as you expect is to be and thatโs a big one for me. The only thing that is a minor curiosity for me is the entire resort does not have any area to drop off waste or trash and the property is pet friendly. You can not find any trash can anywhere period. I did take my pet Shiba with me so that was bit weird since I do my end...
โMy family only stayed one night as a stop-over in a longer trip. No complaints. Content without any discomfort. The best part was the large space with enough beds and restrooms. One wish was that if the TV is larger and better. โ
