"Yes - very happy with the stay. Puzzling thing, though.... valet parking and reception gave us free water bottles, but room "snack bar" had $9.00 per bottle posted?"

"Our stay greatly exceeded expectations! Our room was exceptionally clean and very spacious. We could have easily stayed for a week as a family of four. The grounds were spectacular. The kids had a blast playing on the awesome water slides, in the arcade (with bowling and cotton candy!) and in the tennis courts. Everything was decorated so nicely for Christmas and I love that they had all these cozy places to sit outside with firepits. The hotel is in a very nice area and is close to a gourmet grocery store. I ran an 8 mile radius around the surrounding area each morning and the area was very safe and just gorgeous. The staff here were so wonderful-they had a room ready for us at 12:30 when check-in was at 4 and they let us have a late check-out when leaving. The concierge was very knowledgeable as well. The warmth of the staff was felt by all! We will definitely be going back!"

"However, the whole hotel needs brand new carpet. It would make a difference. Still feels like "Margaritaville" which is cool decor, but miss the old Riviera years ago. Needs some TLC. "

"This hotel is so unique and just such a vibe. It’s right downtown Palm Springs and walking distance to all the shopping and dining. The staff were all very accommodating to any need we had and the walk up room with balcony street views was immaculate. We will stay again on our next visit. "

"Could have had better chair & plug-ins for using a laptop. Otherwise, very clean & nice. Great bed."
