Was given a room without a pool view when I had paid extra for pool view and associate had to talk to a manager. By the time we got to our new room, an hour had passed. If I were to stay again, I would make sure staff has communicated amongst each other before walking to room."

"There is a resort fee 35.00 not mentioned till check-in. Bathroom smelled like sewer. Very noisy from people slamming doors in hotel to people slamming gate at pool. The walk from parking lot to your room is pretty far. The soap dispensers on the wall in shower looked disgusting had to go to store to get soap."

"Pool and staff were awesome. Maid left someone else’s sock in our room, pool speakers blown and static and our bathroom faucet was loose and would shut off by itself. Elevator needs a total overhaul as it looks like a freight elevator"
