The parking lot is terrible. They have to find a way so you can park the car somewhere. They charge me $11.63 at the end for no reason without my consent.

Everything was alright, except they charged me again for the day, which they had already charged my card as a deposit. Had I not paid attention, I would have paid double. Hope this is not a common occurrence.

No me fue muy bien en la habitación en el baño la manija de la ducha estaba suelta me cayo en el pie, la mezcladora del lava manos estaba rota, al microondas se le cayo el cristal cuando estaba en la estufa, saque un plato de los gabinetes y estaba sucio. Necesitan remodelación

Convenient hotel
Great price, location and parking, but the swimming pool area need improvements and rooms needs cleaner bed sheets, if you have sensitive skin bring yours.

Skip this hotel.
Hotel not well maintained. Few of usual amenities in room, dirty bedspread. Even though off season and hotel empty, we were given the worst room facing street on ground floor.

This is a small hotel where you get for what you paid. Best from this hotel is it's location, walking distance to El Poblado and the beach.

My favorite hotel in Puerto Rico
We drove all over Puerto Rico for nine days and this was my favorite place. I don't care for opulent resort type settings. Instead I like a quirky comfortable clean one-of-a-kind type of place and this was it. Nice wicker furniture and kitchenette. It might not be everyone's cup of tea. Did you notice some people need everything to be perfect? Not me. To me, perfect is boring. Yes, it needs to be clean, but I like character, not a clone of the last fancy place I stayed.

No me fue bien,el estacionamiento estaba lejos,el aire acondicionado del cuarto nunca enfrio y eso que era central,tuve que usar abanico de techo,la ducha tenia un liqueo de agua por la parte de abajo mojaba el piso del baño y no habia casi agua caliente,de los dos televisores que habian el de la sala no tenia señal y el del cuarto los colores no se veian bien,todo fue un desastre,no vuelvo.

We stayed in the 3 room apartment on the first floor (small living room with kitchen and two small bedrooms). The furniture and the hotel look a little old but it was ok for one night. Located in walkable distance from the center where you can get food (bad overpriced food). The hotel staff was nice & friendly but didn't seem to know dining options around the hotel and misdirected us for breakfast. On Mondays and Tuesdays you can't get breakfast in this village as everything is closed. If you stay in Boqueron go to Playa Sucia or Playa Combate.

Todo muy limpio y equipado. Mis unicas quejas son las cortinas de las ventanas no tapaban la visibilidad y todo el el que pasaba podia ver hacia adentro del cuarto lo cual fue muy incomodo porque no ofrecia privacidad. Segundo estacionamiento bueno pero lejos del hotel. Deben corregir lo del las cortinas uegentemente. La ropa de cama estaba bien amarillenta deben actualizarla aunque estaba limpia,

Cockroach invasion at dawn
When we arrived at the hotel, the room was dirty, it smelled, the linens had somebody else hair, the coojware was un really bad shape, and there was a dead cockroach. We ask the front desk for something to clean, fumigate, and for some odorizing spray. We weren't offered the option to change room, and they didn't have anything to fumigate. We had to buy some stuff to fumigate and clean the room, so we could stay there. When we got up in the morning, about 3:30 am for a MTB competition my husband had, and couple cockroaches started coming out. We asked for a refund on the second night, and the person in the front desk was helpful with it, but hesitant to believe us about our experience finding cockroaches in the room. The hotel has an excellent location, other than that there is nothing good about it, it is not in great shape, the room smells and you might have a cockroach invasion while you sleep. We had to stay at another place abd lost money on food (because our groceries got bad). I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, unless you are willing to clean it yourself and bring all your utensils for cooking, and your own bedding.

THE PEOPLE MADE THIS A 5 STAR !!
WE STAYED HERE BECAUSE OF THE LOCATION !! WE WILL STAY AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE STAFF !(ALBA) THERE WAS A HURRICANE DURING OUR STAY AND THE ENTIRE HOTEL WAS EMPTY !! ALBA MADE SURE WE KNEW WHERE THE EMERGENCY AREAS WERE- AND LEFT HER PERSONAL CELL NUMBER FOR US TO CALL JUST IN CASE ! SHE ALSO MADE SURE THE EMERGENCY GENERATOR WORKED FOR US ALONE!!! WE SURIVED THE NIGHT AND ENJOYED OUR STAY !! THANK YOU ALBA- AND COFRESI HOTEL FOR HER !! THE ROOF-POOL SCENERY WAS GREAT !! THE SODA MACHINE WAS ONLY $1.00.. VERY NICE !!

Basic hotel with adequate services
I was reluctant to stay based on previous write ups. I was pleasantly surprised. Very clean, no smells, and no mosquitoes. Pool was the only dissapointment - the paint color made it look moldy. It is a basic hotel/apt that served its purpose for an overnight stay while visiting the west coast.

I was very pleased with my stay. The staff is wonderful.The television could have been larger, and a luggage cart would be awesome. I will be staying in the Confresi again. Loved it

Nice little hide away with huge modern apartments
Just fine. Nice staff. Only caveat is to call if arriving after 8:30 pm. I think Hotels.com should be sure to include this info in their confirmation. Check out time could be more liberal since the beach is close.

Family vacation
I rented the 2 bedroom . It was small but comfortable enough for 4 adults & 2 children. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed. There was a mini super market across the street & nightlife about 3 blocks away the beach was also at walking distance about 8 minutes . The room wasn't fancy it needs updating but for $150 it wasn't bad.

Nice room, nice people/ poor security.
Room was good size with plenty of closet. Kitchen was fully equipped. Tiny TV. Parking is down the street with no security. No employee is at the property after 8:30pm anyone from the street can walk into the elevator.
