"This is the best Quality Inn we have ever stayed at. Immaculate! Cleaning staff really acted like they cared, they were thorough. Pool/hot tub was great!!! I enjoyed the treadmill in the spotless fitness center. Good sized TV screen with lots is channel choices. Breakfast was great. Thank you for the hot chocolate packs!!! Price was right. Large hotel room. Cozy bed. Bathroom- new fixtures. Great shower. Check in super quick. We’ll stay here every time we come through Dumas. Thank you for a great stay!!!! It’s really hard to find a good, affordable hotel these days. Keep up the good work!!! "

"Took my credit card for incidentals and have been repeatedly charging for the past several months. Some people at the front desk have reversed some charges but I’ve had to go through the bank to have others reversed. I’ve had to ask the bank for a new credit card because I keep receiving charges. Don’t stay here."

"Had a late arrival upon check-in and was given an upstairs room which hard on me as I am experiencing mobility issues. Fortunately I was able to park right next to the stairs and my room was right at the top of the stairs. Overall, the room was very nice and clean plus I had a quiet night's sleep. Good value for the price!"

"While the lady at the front desk was nice and helpful, the rest of this stay was not good at all. This motel felt abandoned. The “courtyard” area was very strange and felt somehow unsafe, the main issue, though, was that our room was obviously previously occupied by cats. It reeked of cat urine when we arrived and the itchy eyes started immediately. No sleep was had due to that and the bright lights that stayed on outside our window to the courtyard all night. Highly recommend against stopping here to rest on a long drive. "
